Warranty
By placing an order with Airsoft Armory USA you have agreed to the following policies and procedures, whether explicit or implied:
Airsoft Armory USA offers a 30-day limited manufacture warranty for manufacturer’s defects on most Airsoft guns that we sell. Please refer to any manufacture warranty that is included with the product. Only unmodified guns with orange tips and safety labels intact will be accepted for warranty claims. Internal modification, removal of safety labels, or the orange tip voids the warranty. AEG’s, which have fired BB weights under .20g, or above .25g, will also void all warranties. Taking the gun apart will void the warranty.
Seals on GBB magazines, BB’s, gas, springs, and electronic parts (including batteries) are not covered by warranty. If an item breaks or malfunctions under normal use you may request a RMA # within 24 hours of delivery date and return the item with given RMA # for repair or replacement. The warranty is void if the item is altered or abused (Examples: altering or removing the orange tip, disassembling, reusing BB’s or shooting wrong type or weight of BB, using paintballs, dropping or mishandling the product).
Parts and labor will be provided by Airsoft Armory USA, however shipping to and from our location for warranty claims is the responsibility of the buyer. Airsoft Armory USA, at its sole discretion, shall determine whether to repair, or replace a product returned for warranty claim. Internal parts do not have a warranty. There are to many things that can go wrong to determine if the problem is a manufacturer defect or something that is going on in your gearbox causing the problem.
If other non-gun items are found to be defective after use within 24 hours of purchase, we will replace the item with the same item, or a comparable product if original item is not available. Opened and/or used items are eligible for exchange only. We will NOT replace items damaged by improper assembly or use.
Items unclaimed after 30 days following the completion of repairs will be considered forfeit by the customer, and disposed of by Airsoft Armory USA. In a manner it deems appropriate.
Airsoft Armory USA will not be held responsible for any damages or expense incurred from the sale or use of its products. Airsoft Armory USA will not be held liable for any personal injury.
If you take your gun apart the warranty is void! DO NOT take the gun apart or try to fix your gun unless under instruction from our service department.
Damage sustained during use in “war games” is not covered under warranty. If a gun is dropped or hit against a tree the manufacturer will not pay for a replacement gun.
All items will need to be returned to the importer or manufacturer for repair or replacement. We do not issue prepaid shipping labels. The customer is responsible for shipping the product.
We do offer a damage or defective on arrival warranty. To qualify, you must contact us within 24 hours upon receiving the item. All placed orders are logged, therefore, fraudulent transaction will be heavily investigated.
Returns
All returns and warranty claims must be AUTHORIZED by Airsoft Armory USA and include a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA email sales@airsoftarmoryusa.com for instructions and approval of all returns and/or warranty claims. Unauthorized Returns not meeting the above condition requirements will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.
Due to the nature of the products listed on our website ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please refer to any manufacture warranty that is included with the product that you purchased. We do offer a damage or defective on arrival warranty. To qualify, you must contact us within 24 hours upon receiving the item. All placed orders are logged; therefore, fraudulent transaction will be heavily investigated.
Returns are not available unless Airsoft Armory USA, LLC has pre-authorized the return under extreme circumstances.
If you would like to cancel an order you must do so by calling Airsoft Armory USA at (803) 802-9960. If the package has already been delivered to UPS a %15 restocking fee will be applied as well as additional transportation charges. All warranties are in effect the date of delivery.
All Airsoft guns purchased from Airsoft Armory USA are covered under a 24 hour, comprehensive, warranty.
Subject to the exclusions contained below, Airsoft Armory USA warrants all Airsoft guns sold through www.airsoftarmoryusa.com and Airsoft Armory USA walk-in store to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer usage for 24 hours.
We do not sell Airsoft guns, parts, gear or accessories for trial.
Abuse and Misuse. Defects or damage that result from: (a) improper operation, storage, misuse, or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse; (b) contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food; (c) use of the products for commercial purposes or subjecting the product or accessory to abnormal usage or conditions; or (d) other acts which are not the fault of Airsoft Armory USA, are excluded from coverage.
By purchasing from Airsoft Armory USA, LLC you understand that all sales are final and no items may be exchanged or returned. Under no circumstances will the manufacturers warranty cover operator misuse or abuse.
Echo 1 has a 30-day manufacture warranty & you must contact them about any defects www.echo1usa.com .
Airsoft Armory USA, LLC will also back the product following the guides lines that are described on this page.
KWA products come with a 45-day warranty please contact www.kwausa.com for any warranty claims. Airsoft Armory USA, LLC will also back the product following the guides lines that are described on this page.
A&K does not offer any warranty. Airsoft Armory USA, LLC will back the product for 15 days following the guide lines on this page.
Returned items must be in ORIGINAL condition with all original packaging and manuals. BB’s, gas, springs, and electronic parts (including batteries) are not returnable. Do not take the gun apart unless instructed by us. Doing so will void your warranty.
We do not sale Airsoft guns, gear, accessories or parts to try them out so do your research before placing an order. There is a 15% restocking fee for returns and shipping charges are not refundable. Guarantee
The guarantee is given in accordance with legal requirements. Any additional guarantee statements are contained in the product descriptions.
Data Protection
We use PayPal service & all your financial information is stored securely with them. Your mailing address is stored with us & we will not under any circumstance sale or give out your information unless it is to comply with any law enforcement requirement.
You are entitled to receive information and to amend, block and delete your stored data. Please contact sales@airsoftarmoryusa.com or send us your request by post or fax.
It is the responsibility of the customer to be in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Credit Card Orders
If a refund has to be issued, you will be charged 3.5% for the initial order and 3.5% for the refund. These charges come from the bank processing the card.
Orders placed through PayPal will be processed in 3 business days. Any returns that were purchased through PayPal will fall under the same guidelines as credit card refunds.
Age
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Airsoft Armory USA.
International Orders
We no longer ship outside of the United Sates and we will not accept any order involving international customers, so don't even ask.
Shipping
Airsoft Armory USA will use the most cost affective shipping company. If we use UPS, they cannot ship to a Post Office Box. If you receive mail at a Post Office Box please provide your physical street address in the Shipping Address area. Not doing so can result in delaying the order from shipping out or cancellation.
All orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped 2nd Day or Next Day/ Overnight Air. UPS does not ship Ground to Alaska or Hawaii. Not choosing 2nd Day or Next Day/ Overnight Air at checkout can result in delaying the order from shipping or cancellation. UPS cannot guarantee Overnight shipping to Hawaii.
Why do we have to be so harsh?
Due to the nature of Airsoft guns & the fact that Airsoft guns are toys with intricate parts and they do break. You could have it for a week or a year and there is always the chance of it breaking. There are people that abuse return policies so everyone has to suffer. Example: someone buys a pressure washer from a store, uses it than returns it & says it does not work right & I want my money back. All the while their whole intention is to wash their house & not have to rent a unit or buy it. People make all kinds of excuses when it comes to Airsoft. No two guns are the same. If the importer will not back us up than we cannot back up the customer. We will do what we can to try and help you get warranty backing from the manufacture.
Pre-owned guns do not have a warranty.
Airsoft Armory USA makes every effort to be as reasonable as possible. For example if you have done something to your gun so that it is no longer covered under warranty please just tell us the truth and we will do our best to help you. Airsoft guns do not “just fall apart”. Please be as accurate as possible when explaining how your gun broke.
WARNING!!
Altering or removing the orange tip from an Airsoft gun will void its warranty. Federal law prohibits commercial sale or transport of an Airsoft gun without orange safety markings. ANY gun sent back with its orange tip altered or removed will be DESTROYED immediately with NO COMPENSATION to the customer. Any gun returned without an orange tip will be digitally photographed and documented for any further investigations/evidence.
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!
